Senior Manager, Industrial Relations

Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Psychology, or related field. 7–10 years of industrial relations experience, preferably in a corporate or fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, and current HR regulatory frameworks. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities. Proven ability to formulate mid to long-term IR strategies. Strong spoken and written communication skills in English and the supporting market language. How many years' experience do you have in industrial relations & employment law?

Your Mission
Drive and modernize the company’s Industrial Relations (IR) strategy.
Develop policies and provide expert guidance on corporate-wide IR matters.
Collaborate with CHRO, Finance, leaders, and People Business Partners in formulating negotiation mandates across bargaining groups.
Strengthen ER / IR capabilities across the People team, including knowledge of employment legislation and industrial agreements.
Coordinate and integrate all IR initiatives into a cohesive, effective framework.
Build strong relationships with external authorities, agencies, and networks to benchmark best practices.
Perform other relevant duties assigned to support continuous improvement of the TDCX Quality Management System.
