Retail Sales Consultant

Location : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (TEG Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and exceed sales targets
  • Demonstrate and recommend products to customers based on their needs
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards
  • Assist with stock management and replenishment
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and support your colleagues

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a retail sales or customer service role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent product knowledge and the ability to match products to customer needs
  • Positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Familiarity with inventory management
