Senior Project Executive

Location : WORQ Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall project for the opening of new outlets, including co‑working spaces and custom‑built enterprise solutions.
• Manage assigned projects independently, including development of project narratives, dashboards, budgets, schedules, financial projections and reporting documents.
• Assist in preparation of tender documentation and pricing.
• Source, appoint and manage interior designers, consultants, and contractors / vendors for design and build contracts.
• Organise work to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with acceptable quality.
• Ensure good workmanship for all site works.
• Ensure compliance with relevant authorities and building requirements.
• Create and maintain the design playbook for scalable operations and quality control.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships and expectations.
• Consult clients as a workplace strategist on workplace requirements and strategy.
• Assist in preparation of pitching materials and solutions to secure new contracts.
• Act as a facility manager and oversee preventive maintenance of all outlets in a safe manner that meets legislative and SLA requirements.
• Develop and maintain facilities management plans and processes.
• Research and propose appropriate equipment and furniture selections to ensure ease of maintenance and durability throughout the product lifecycle.
• Perform other additional tasks as assigned.
