Training Executive - KL

Job Purpose

To identify and analyze training needs and provide training to agents and / or other business customers to ensure legal and licensing compliance.

Key Accountabilities

• Manage the training function for agents and business customers.
• Identify and analyze training needs.
• Design, develop, and deliver various training solutions, including online training and webinars.
• Assess the effectiveness of training interventions and document outcomes.
• Coordinate with Underwriting to ensure compliance with guidelines and audits.
• Assist customers with licensing procedures when needed.
• Develop and distribute training materials and brochures.
• Consult with key customers to enhance business performance.
• Maintain ongoing communication with business sponsors during project implementation.
• Diagnose issues and recommend solutions for business unit and customer challenges.
• Lead complex, long-term projects (over 6 months) to implement new systems, programs, or products.
• Research and implement innovative technical solutions to meet customer needs.
