Responsibilities
- Identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs including setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
- Seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products.
- Prepare sales reviews and reports with supporting sales and financial data.
- Ensure the availability of stock and fulfilment of sales.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Negotiate / close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and coordinate logistics and export sales.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Agronomy / Agriculture / Science / Forestry or equivalents.A minimum of three (3) years of working experience in the related field is required.Candidate must have at least 2 years experience in sales and understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques.Strong knowledge and awareness of industry trends, technology, as well as developments.Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills with a pleasant personality.Located in Sigar Highlands, Lojing, Kelantan, Malaysia, Food Forest Farm is committed to using the most natural and ecosystemic growing technique to produce Safe Good Food that will contribute good nutrition and support sustainable living.
