Responsibilities

  • Acquire outstation agencies, recruitments and outstation sales.
  • Provide assistance and support to agencies.
  • Organize sales and recruitment events and marketing activities.
  • Report compilation of agencies and monitoring sales.
  • Provide training for agents & agencies and regular visitation to build good business relationships.
  • Meeting planned sales goals.
  • To provide tomb sales service to customer and agent (as need & pre need).
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive documents to administrator.
  • Provide superior updates and report daily workload.
  • Site servicing together with clients.
  • Any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

    • Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Prior experience in sales or related fields will be an added advantage.
  • Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Good communicator with good leadership and social skills, punctual and well disciplined in conduct, team player with good attitude, responsible and full of integrity dealing with customers, peers and superior & multi-tasking and willing to take on additional responsibilities.
  • Willing to work in Perak .
  • Training will be provided for selected candidates.
  • Housing allowance provided for eligible candidates to support daily or relocation costs.
