We are looking for a Construction Executive / Site Supervisor who will provide efficient and effective site supervision to complete the project on schedule.
What are your job responsibilities?
- Ensure smooth progress of the project through close liaison / attend meeting with clients. consultants, sub-contractors and relevant authorities.
- Prepare daily / weekly / monthly site reports.
- Attend site meetings when required.
- Arrange workers schedule and material deliveries / logistic arrangement.
- Responsible for project's correspondence and documentations.
- Ensure that the project is completely handed over.
- Handle & manage defect works.
- Attend to site issues or problems
- Experience in handling several subtrades at one time.
