Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Executive to join our IT team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology, eager to learn, and enjoys solving technical challenges in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in maintaining smooth daily IT operations and supporting internal users across hardware, software, and system-related issues.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Set up, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Assist in user account management, access permissions, and email configurations.
- Manage both internal and public software applications, ensuring proper licensing and regular updates.
- Assist in data backup, recovery, and documentation of IT processes.
- Implement and maintain robust security protocols to protect against cyber threats.
- Ensure IT policies and security protocols are followed.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers when necessary.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.0–2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.Familiarity with Google Workspace, and common business applications.Understanding of networking concepts (LAN / WAN, routers, firewalls) is an advantage.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.Working Hours : Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
