Overview
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Engineer located in Shah Alam. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to clients, analyzing technical issues, and ensuring timely resolution. Day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with the customer support team, documenting technical problems, and delivering excellent customer service to maintain high satisfaction levels.
