The Role

As a Lead Product Designer, you will be at the intersection of design leadership, client engagement, and practice development. You will lead multidisciplinary teams to tackle complex challenges, guide clients through digital transformation, and ensure our design practice achieves creative excellence.

This is both a hands-on and leadership role : you will still craft design solutions when needed, while setting direction, mentoring others, and acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. You'll also play a key role in advancing our firm's design approach such as shaping new methods, frameworks, and practices that elevate how we work, win business, and deliver impact.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Design Leadership

• Lead end-to-end design engagements for complex digital products and services.
• Define design strategy and vision, ensuring solutions balance user needs, client objectives, and technical feasibility.
• Direct design processes from discovery and research, to prototyping, validation, and delivery.
• Champion design systems, accessibility, and consistency across touchpoints.
