Recruit potential voice agencies & anchors through online and offline channels. Build and maintain strong partnerships with agencies and anchors, supporting the "Voice+" ecosystem. Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to promote apps, events, and user growth. Conduct offline meetings with agencies and anchors to gather feedback and strengthen cooperation. Assist in training, guiding, and daily management of agencies. Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in the voice or live-streaming industry. Strong network / resources of hosts and agencies. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Strong presence and knowledge of social media. How to Apply
