Keep our admin tasks running like a well-oiled machineHandle calls, emails & office docs with a smileAssist in planning, scheduling & coordinating training sessionsSupport trainers during on-site or virtual training (setup, logistics, etc.)Follow up on documentation & compile reports post-rainingBe the friendly face that keeps things running smoothlyMinimum Requirements :
SPM / Diploma in any fieldHave a valid driving licenseGood customer service skillsAre not afraid to ask questions, smile often, and stay calm under pressureBasic computer skills (bonus points if you love Excel)Fresh grads welcome – we love positive energy
