Executive Assistant, Marketing (Contract)

As soon as possible we are looking for an Executive Assistant, Marketing (Contract) in the field of MARKETING at our location in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Diploma / Degree in Marketing or relevant discipline.
  • Good work attitude, positive, responsible, able to meet deadlines and willingness

to learn.

  • Good knowledge and skills of MS Office, design software (Adobe, Canva and

    • etc.)

    JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Support event logistics for marketing campaigns.
  • Handle the processing of all inquiries / leads obtained from marketing platforms with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist in preparing and organizing of promotional materials or events.
  • Support basic graphic and video design.
  • Any other duties / assignment as and when directed / assigned by the superior as per business requirement from time to time.
