Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls and respond to inbound WhatsApp / phone enquiries to promote and sell travel packagesHandle English & Mandarin-speaking clients (Mandarin proficiency required) and provide clear, confident responses to enquiriesConvert leads into confirmed bookings by offering compelling travel solutions tailored to each customer's needsDeliver expert, personalized travel recommendations aligned with client preferences and budgetsBuild and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referralsTrack and achieve daily / weekly call targets and sales KPIsStay updated on travel destinations, packages, and promotions to present accurate and timely informationAddress customer concerns quickly and professionally to ensure satisfaction and positive reviewsIdeal Candidate Traits
