Job Summary :

We are looking for a proactive and creative Sales & Marketing Executive specializing in Event Services, Product Promotion, and Public Relations to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing event proposals, quotations, and contracts while driving sales by engaging with clients, sponsors, and vendors. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for events, and the ability to build lasting relationships in the industry.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Event Proposal & Quotation Development :

• Prepare compelling event proposals, quotations, and service agreements tailored to client needs.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure accurate pricing, logistics, and service offerings.
• Maintain an organized database of event inquiries, client details, and sales records.
