Our client is a design and build construction company with focus in installation of Clean Room Systems, HVAC Systems, Process Utility Systems, Fire Protection Systems, Sanitary & Plumbing Works, Electrical System and Building Construction for projects within the semiconductor, data centre and infrastructure sector. Key Responsibilities

Market Growth & Project Expansion Pinpoint emerging new construction projects across other-related sectors such as infrastructure, industrial facilities, biotech labs, and pharmaceutical plants. Conduct competitive analysis and monitor construction trends to guide strategic positioning. Strategic Alliances & Partnerships Foster strong, long-term relationships with key project owners, investors, clients, engineering consultants, main contractors, subcontractors and regulatory bodies. Build collaborative networks with OEM specialty subcontractors to enhance project delivery Develop a steady stream of potential construction projects through proactive outreach. Leverage industry expos, trade associations, and professional forums to connect with decision-makers. Business Planning & Commercial Strategy Set targeted profit goals, pricing models, and market entry strategies for new construction projects. Lead high-level negotiations for contracts, joint ventures, and strategic bids. Client Relationship Management Prioritize trust, reliability, and repeat business through consistent project delivery performance – on time and meeting the budget. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering / Business Administration / Marketing or Economics Well-versed in construction methodologies, engineering workflows, and industry-specific terminology. Hands-on experience in building services, HVAC systems, cleanroom environments, and process utility infrastructure. Experienced in managing tender submissions and navigating procurement procedures within the construction sector. Fluent in English, with Mandarin language skills considered a strong advantage.
