Senior Project

Key Responsibilities :

• Take full ownership of financial CRM product planning, requirements management, project execution, and delivery;
• Lead the preparation and maintenance of Statements of Work (SOW) to clearly define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables;
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, including business research, competitor analysis, PRD documentation, and release planning;
• Work closely with the development team (C# / .NET) to ensure accurate implementation of product requirements;
• Monitor project timelines, quality, and budgets; organize regular review meetings, milestone checks, and release coordination;
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, QA, implementation, and customer support to ensure project alignment and timely delivery;
• Collect and analyze user feedback and system usage data to drive product optimization and iterative improvement;
• Maintain all key project documentation, including SOWs, requirement documents, feature lists, test plans, and release notes.
