We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative.
Customer service representatives are often a client's primary point of contact with a company. The duties
and responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative include managing incoming calls and customer
service inquiries, and identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
What does a Customer Service Representative do?
A Customer Service Representative, will act as a liaison, provide answer to questions, and resolve any
emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Minimum Requirements :
A minimum Diploma or Degree qualification.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (e.g., data analysis, pivot tables, reporting).
Have good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Literacy in other languages would be an
advantage.
Highly motivated individual and is a Team Player.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Able to work in scheduled shifts (work hours) set out by Management.
Applicants should be Malaysians citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Candidate / s with Call Centre / Contact / Service Desk Centre experience will be an advantage
