Based In PENANG. (5Days Work / Week)
Preferably with experience in forwarding field and computer literate. Able to work independently with less supervision. Good communication skills & able to perform ad-hoc task. Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities : -
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving complaints.
- Liaise with warehouse, vendors and overseas / East Malaysia agent for shipment update and movement
- Handle documents & in charge of billing whenever assigned by HOD
- Applicant must be willing to work extra hour and under work stress
- Provide quotation / shipment schedule to customers as requested.
- Monitor shipment status and notify customers of all detail shipment updates, for both export and import.
- Timely preparation of all required documentation during shipment arrangement.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyse customer feedback to improve the customer experience.
- Manage and coordinate with suppliers to ensure they are providing quality and stable services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill customer expectations.
- Willing to accept any task assigned by management from time to time
REQUIREMENTS :
Minimum 2-3 years in Freight Forwarding / Nvocc industryRequired language(s) : Mandarin, English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.Both Import and Export Ocean Freight experience will be an advantage.Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment, with minimum supervision.Good personality, good working attitude and behaviour.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Exceptional customer service and follow up skills.
