Penerangan pekerjaanManaging day-to-day operations for e-commerce : process daily sales order, order fulfillment, inventory update, dispatching of goods, return and refund orders, raise purchase order, new product uploads, pricing and promotions on multiple e-commerce platforms. Liaise with Operation Team regarding order fulfilment Liaise with Customer Service Team in handling all customer queries and complaints Liaise with Finance Team regarding purchase order, invoices and payment. Other ad-hoc duties Free parking Opportunities for promotion Kuala Lumpur : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Requirements
- Able to work at Taman Midah, Kuala Lumpur.
- Working days : Monday to Saturday.
- Fluent in spoken & written Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Prefer candidate with relevant working experience.
- Strong attention to details, patience, and friendly.
- Willing to work overtime.
