Overview
Responsible for maintaining a safe workplace and ensuring that the Company is in compliance with all Occupational EHS regulatory standards. Proactively evaluate and improve current safety and health programs effectiveness to enhance safety management. Responsible for developing, implementing and updating company EHS policies, procedures and programs. Planning, reviewing and conducting plant wide Industrial Hygiene programs, such as CHRA, Noise Monitoring, Scheduled Waste Management, Legal & Chemical Register, Fire Safety Management, etc. Conduct monthly EHS inspections / audits to ensure that all findings and recommendations are promptly addressed by relevant departments. Carry out total investigations and provide reports on accidents and related incidents, complete with DOSH acknowledgement and reporting. Liaise with local authority / regulatory bodies (DOSH, DOE, Bomba, MOH, auditor, etc.) on matters pertaining to HSE. Propose and execute external training and coordinate in-house safety and health training and induction for new hires and refresher. Coordinate the fulfillment of ISO14001 and ISO45001 requirements. Continuously promote awareness on EHS to all levels of employees. Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Management.
