Senior Executive Procurement

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Procurement Senior Executive to manage end-to-end procurement activities within our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of raw materials, components, and indirect goods while maintaining quality and supplier compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for direct and indirect materials and services.
• Issue RFQs, analyze quotations, and finalize vendor selections.
• Coordinate with production, planning, and quality teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Manage vendor relationships, performance, and contract renewals.
• Track and report on procurement KPIs including cost savings, delivery timelines, and quality metrics.
• Ensure procurement compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of purchase orders, agreements, and vendor records.
• Support cost reduction initiatives and vendor development strategies.
• Handle urgent and unplanned procurement needs efficiently.
• Continuously evaluate market trends and alternative suppliers.
