• Resource & Budget Stewardship : Oversee retail marketing investments, ensuring optimal resource allocation and strong ROI while balancing brand-building and sales imperatives.
• Talent Development : Mentor and cultivate a high-performing team with strategic thinking, global vision, and execution excellence, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
• Performance & Optimization : Define success metrics, monitor campaign impact, and embed continuous improvement into the retail marketing system.
