Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and bilingual Sales Administrator to be the backbone of our sales operations. This role is crucial for managing our sales pipeline, ensuring no lead is left behind, and providing professional and timely communication to potential clients. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills in both English and Malay, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Proposal Development : Draft, prepare, and format detailed, customized sales proposals and quotations for potential clients based on their requirements and our service offerings.
- Lead Management & Response : Respond to new sales enquiries received via email, phone, and web forms in a timely, professional, and efficient manner.
- Digital Lead Follow-Up : Proactively manage and follow up on leads generated through digital platforms, primarily WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger, nurturing them through the sales funnel.
- Customer Communication : Serve as a key point of contact for prospective customers, answering questions, providing information, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.
- Administrative Support : Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate lead information, interactions, and status updates.
- Sales Coordination : Liaise between the sales team, design team, and management to ensure a smooth handover of confirmed projects.
- Documentation : Prepare and organize sales contracts, documentation, and other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications & Skills
Essential : Full professional proficiency in both English and Malay (written and verbal) is mandatory.
Proven experience in a sales administration, customer service, or inside sales role.Exceptional written communication skills with experience in drafting professional business documents (e.g., proposals, emails, we will provide training).Tech-savvy with experience using social media and messaging apps (WhatsApp, Facebook) for business purposes.Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM software is a strong advantage.A customer-centric attitude with a friendly and professional phone manner.Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.What We Offer
