E-Commerce Operation Executive (Affiliate / Store - TikTok, Shopee, Lazada)
Job Responsibilities for Affiliate Program :
- Identify and engage potential TikTok creators, influencers, and partners who align with the brand, onboarding them to the affiliate program.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with TikTok affiliates, providing them with guidance, content ideas, and performance feedback.
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute TikTok-specific affiliate campaigns that align with brand goals and drive engagement.
- Monitor affiliate performance on TikTok, analyze metrics (e.g., clicks, conversions, engagement rates), and implement strategies to improve performance.
- Collaborate with TikTok affiliates to create engaging content that drives traffic and conversions, supporting them with promotional materials when necessary.
- Keep up-to-date with TikTok trends, competitors, and industry movements to enhance the affiliate strategy and keep the brand relevant on the platform.
- Any other tasks as assigned by superior / company.
Job Requirements for Affiliate Program :
Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.Fresh Graduates are welcome!Candidates with experience in micro-commerce, social e-commerce, or community operations are preferred.Strong in communication and negotiation, with the ability to build trust.Outgoing and extroverted personality (E-type), enjoys communication, has a strong sense of goal orientation, and is proactive in reaching out to influencers.Proficiency in data analysis and tracking tools.Strong knowledge of TikTok platform, trends, and analytics.Pro-active, have a good spirit of teamwork and can work with other departments.Fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu.OR
Job Responsibilities for Store :
Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining product listings across various e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, pricing, and images.Process customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.Monitor and update product stock levels, coordinating with brand, warehouse and related teams as needed.Assist in customer service team to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and return processes to ensure a positive customer experience.Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotions, campaigns, and product launches.Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.Support the creation and analysis of sales performance reports and metrics.Identify and escalate any operational issues to senior management for timely resolution.Assist in improving internal processes to optimize efficiency and productivity.Work closely with internal and external stakeholders including Brands owners and Ecommerce marketers, Marketplace account managers, Logistics, Media Partners and Finance to ensure timely communication and completion of tasks.Any other tasks and projects as assigned by the superior / Company.Job Requirements for Store :
