Penerangan pekerjaanCandidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce or related field Minimum 1 year experience in e-commerce, customer service or fulfilment (fresh graduates with passion are welcome) Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Seller Center and basic digital marketing tools Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and analysis Strong communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus) Detail-oriented, customer-focused and able to work in a fast-paced environment Team player with a positive and problem-solving mindset Competitive salary package Sales incentives and performance bonus Training and growth opportunities in e-commerce and digital marketing Medical claim and staff purchase discounts
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain online stores (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Website)
- Upload, update and optimise product listings (images, descriptions, pricing, stock availability)
- Plan and execute sales campaigns, vouchers, bundles and promotions
- Coordinate with marketplaces for mega campaigns (11.11, 12.12 etc.)
- Handle customer inquiries via Shopee Chat, TikTok Chat, WhatsApp, email and social media
- Provide excellent support on product information, payment, delivery, returns and complaints
- Assist with order fulfilment : order processing, packing checks, delivery coordination with warehouse / logistics
- Monitor delivery status, returns and refund processes
- Work with creative / marketing team for product photos, videos, banners and promotional content
- Assist in running digital ads (Facebook, TikTok, Google) to drive traffic and conversions
- Collaborate with influencers / KOLs to increase product exposure and brand visibility
- Monitor competitor pricing, promotions and customer reviews
- Research e-commerce trends and propose new ideas for growth
- Track sales performance and prepare weekly / monthly reports for management
