• Core Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end execution of KL GOC Product Engineering expansion project ensuring successful hiring and integration of minimum 50 software engineers
• Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programmes for all engineering hires
• Establish operational dashboards providing real-time visibility into hiring, productivity, and delivery metrics
• Drive programme delivery predictability to exceed 90% across engineering initiatives
• Manage cross-functional programmes spanning Engineering, Product, QA, and DevOps
• Navigate complex matrix organization to remove blockers and accelerate delivery
• Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to optimize hiring funnels and time-to-productivity
• Conduct detailed operational analysis to identify and implement improvements
• Facilitate executive communications and prepare board-ready progress reports
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across UK, AU, and APAC regions
• Establish programme management best practices and governance frameworks
• Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations across multiple initiatives
• Technical Requirements
• 10+ years of programme management experience in technology organizations
• Proven track record managing complex multi-million dollar programmes
• Expertise in programme management tools (ADO, Jira, Asana, MS Project, or similar)
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and visualization
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and engineering metrics
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development practices beneficial
• Understanding of recruiting metrics and talent acquisition processes
• Experience with OKR frameworks and KPI development
• Proficiency in executive presentation and communication tools
