Diploma or Degree in Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related field. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Canva. Solid understanding of layout, typography, color, and digital storytelling. Able to handle end-to-end creative execution — from concept to production-ready files. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and self-driven. Experience working in both agency and in-house environments is a plus. Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with internal teams. A proactive, curious mindset — always thinking of how to make things visually better. Responsibilities
- Design a wide range of visuals including packaging, campaign assets, website graphics, paid ads, decks, and social content.
- Develop design concepts that feel clean, modern, and premium — with a focus on engaging wellness-conscious consumers.
- Produce both static and light motion content for marketing across digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, landing pages, etc).
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistent visual identity across channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams — content, marketing, production — to bring campaigns to life.
- Provide creative input in brainstorms, campaign planning, and product presentations.
- Stay updated with design and visual trends across branding, wellness, DTC, and social media.
- Take ownership of deadlines and deliverables — while being open to feedback and iteration.
