Your Role in VT Markets
As Graphic Designer of Performance Ads, you will report to the Team Lead within the Performance Ads Creative team. You will work closely with the Global Marketing COE team in Singapore, regional marketing teams, and business development units across key markets. Your critical impact centers on creating high-converting visual advertisements that drive client acquisition and brand awareness across digital platforms, playing a vital role in VT Markets\' expansion strategy and competitive positioning in the global trading industry.
Your responsibilities
- Design performance-driven creatives for overseas financial product ads, focusing on static and dynamic (GIF) formats for platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook), and TikTok.
- Produce multilingual visual ad creatives quickly and efficiently, aligning with campaign strategies, product selling points, and audience preferences.
- Create lightweight motion graphics (GIFs) to enhance visual engagement, ensuring compliance with platform-specific content guidelines and aesthetic styles.
- Analyze ad performance data (e.g., CTR, CVR) to evaluate creative effectiveness and continuously refine visual direction to improve ROI.
- Regularly review creative performance across different regions and study competitor trends to support design optimization with data-driven insights.

Consistently produce high-quality graphic designs that meet tight campaign deadlines and contribute to improved click-through rates and conversion performance.Develop efficient design workflows and template systems that enable rapid creative testing and campaign scaling across multiple markets.Create a comprehensive visual brand language for performance advertising that maintains consistency while allowing for market-specific adaptations and optimizations.What Makes You a Great Fit
Qualification & Experience :
2+ years of graphic design experience; prior experience creating ad creatives for overseas campaigns is preferred, especially for Google Ads and Meta Ads.Understanding of financial product logic and user behavior. Able to comprehend creative briefs and adapt designs for multilingual versions.Bonus : Experience in web or landing page design (e.g., product pages) is a strong plus.Technical & Functional Skills :
Proficient in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and AIGC tools (e.g., Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, LiblibAI). Experience in AE / PR for creating simple motion graphics (GIFs) is a plus.Strong collaboration and adaptability; capable of delivering high-quality visuals across multiple platforms, languages, and batches.Strong time management and stress tolerance; comfortable with fast-paced environments and high-volume creative output.Others :
