  • Lead, coach, and guide a team of content moderators
  • Ensure compliance with community guidelines and quality standards
  • Handle escalations and provide feedback for continuous improvement
  • Monitor performance, prepare reports, and drive team results

Job Requirements

  • 1â2 years of Team Lead experience in content moderation, or related field
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Flexible to work in a 24 / 7 shift-based environment
