Human Resources Executive (Payroll & Operation)
Manage the end-to-end payroll process including salary, allowances, overtime, deductions, and bonus calculations to ensure timely and accurate disbursement.
Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system (e.g., personal data, banking details, leave balances, and attendance records).
Ensure statutory compliance by preparing and submitting contributions and reports to relevant authorities (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN, HRDF, Zakat, PTPTN, etc.) within stipulated deadlines.
Generate and reconcile payroll and financial reports, and provide payroll-related reporting support to the Finance Department.
Oversee benefits administration including medical / insurance coverage, renewals, claims handling, wellness initiatives, and employee communication on benefits programs.
Liaise with external partners (e.g., insurance providers, government bodies, auditors) to resolve queries, manage renewals, and support compliance requirements.
Administer leave and attendance management, ensuring timely monitoring, reporting, and escalation of discrepancies.
Establish and maintain proper documentation and filing systems (employee files, ISO records, training documentation, insurance policies, etc.) for audit readiness.
Undertake any ad hoc HR or payroll-related assignments as required by management.
Provide data analysis and reporting on payroll, headcount, compensation, and benefits to support management decision-making.
Ensure compliance with company policies and governance standards, as well as local labor laws and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in any field with minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in property development.
Good written and verbal communication skills, with strong proficiency in English.
Solid knowledge of HR processes, payroll practices, and Malaysian labor laws.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HRIS / HRMS systems.
Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
Strong communicator who can explain policies, processes, and guidelines clearly to employees and stakeholders.
Acts as a trusted HR partner by providing guidance, support, and clarification to employees and managers.
Proactive and resourceful, with good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Collaborative team player, able to work effectively across functions in a fast-paced environment.
Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver accurate results under pressure.
