About the role

Mauceri Deli & Food' is seeking an experienced Head Waiter / Waitress to join our team in our Kuala Lumpur location. As the Head Waiter, you will be responsible for leading and managing our front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth running of our busy deli and restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests
• Supervising and coordinating the front-of-house team, including waiters and hosts
• Overseeing the dining room operations, including table management, order taking, and timely service
• Handling customer queries and complaints in a professional and responsive manner
• Monitoring stock levels and placing orders for supplies as needed
• Assisting with staff scheduling and training to maintain high standards of service
• Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
