Account cum Admin Executive
to handle both accounting and administrative operations. The role involves managing daily financial transactions, supporting month-end closings, and ensuring smooth office administration. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities
Handle
daily accounting transactions , including data entry of invoices, payments, and receipts. Prepare and issue
sales invoices
accurately and ensure timely collection from customers. Perform
bank reconciliations , monitor cash flow, and assist in maintaining financial accuracy. Prepare
journal entries
and support month-end closing activities. Maintain proper
accounting records, ledgers, and document filing systems . Assist in
SST submission , preparation of payment vouchers, and petty cash management. Support
HR and general administrative tasks , such as staff attendance, leave tracking, and office coordination. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external parties when required. Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by management. (Apply now at #J-18808-Ljbffr
