A good articulation in Global English and familiarity with pop culture are helpful for interacting with players worldwide. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, bachelor’s degree, or master’s degree in any field. Preferably 1–2 years of experience in Customer Support. Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations. Strong communicator with emphasis on listening and empathy for customers. Strong critical thinking and decision-making to identify needs of players. A focus and passion for resolving issues for gamers.
