Responsibility

• Handle full-cycle recruitment (posting, screening, interviewing).
• Manage payroll, allowances, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF.
• Administer employee lifecycle (onboarding, confirmation, transfers, resignations).
• Maintain HR records, policies, and compliance.
• Support employee relations, engagement activities, and team building.
• Assist in general office administration and ad-hoc HR tasks.
