Architectural Designer (byDIDI S / B)

Job Responsibilities

• Preparing the concept proposal based on the development brief
• Developing the proposal with input from consultants and various stakeholders / users
• Preparing the key drawings & visualizations to present to the management & stakeholders / users
• Working with local consultants for the various authority compliances
• Prepare tender drawings & documents with the team for contractors to quote
• Assess contractors' quotations & manage construction contract
• Source & procure Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) with the team
