Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with suppliers, vendors, and corporate clients.Maintain stock levels and ensure proper merchandising for vending machines across all locations.Manage and maintain existing business relationships with partner companies to ensure long-term collaboration.Develop and implement strategies to increase footfall and customer loyalty.Drive sales growth by introducing innovative promotions, seasonal campaigns, and digital marketing collaborations.Conduct market research to analyze customer trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, local businesses, and stakeholders.Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align business development initiatives with store goals.Track and report sales performance, growth opportunities, and challenges to management.JOB REQUIREMENTS.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or retail industry (grocery / retail experience preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and trends to support decision-making.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Familiarity with local market dynamics and retail operations is a plus.
