Position Summary
The Manager for Partnership will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and fostering strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, organizations, and industry players within the aviation and education sectors. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, business development, relationship management, and strategic planning to drive collaboration, secure new business opportunities, and support the Academy's growth objectives.
Key Accountability
Strategic Planning
- Develop strategies for partnership growth by identifying new opportunities and markets.
Partnership Development
Identify and pursue partnerships with airlines, aviation companies, regulatory bodies, and educational institutions.Conduct market analysis for growth opportunities.Relationship Management
Act as the main contact for partners, handling inquiries and fostering collaboration.Organize joint initiatives to strengthen partnership.Contract Negotiation
Lead negotiations to create mutually beneficial agreements.Ensure agreements comply with academy policies and legal standards.Sales & Corporate Development
Promote products / services to partners for revenue generation.Recommend potential mergers, acquisitions, or partnerships aligned with growth goals.Account Management
Manage key client accounts, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.Regularly review service performance and address gaps.Offer proactive solutions to enhance client retention.Track satisfaction metrics and resolve issues efficiently.Reporting And Analysis
Produce reports on partnership performance and areas for improvement.Analyze market trends and competitor activity.Use data analytics to assess partnership impact.Qualification & Working Experience
A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, business management, finance or a related field.At least 8-10 years' proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a similar role within the aviation industry.Area of Experience
Strong understanding of aviation regulations, industry standards, and training requirements.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinker with the ability to align partnerships with the academy's long-term goals.Personality Traits
