QC Inspector

JOB SCOPE

• To conduct quality control inspections and maintain records of incoming raw and packing materials, in-process production, and finished product quality in accordance with product specifications.
• To ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) are consistently implemented by all production personnel, including proper attire, hair-net usage, personal hygiene, and strict enforcement of general cleanliness.
• To ensure the cleanliness of machinery and production areas is maintained.
• To record and monitor the relative humidity and temperature of the manufacturing facility in accordance with established guidelines.
• To ensure all required quality control tests and analyses are carried out — from raw materials, in-process, up to finished goods — to ensure compliance with product standards and parameters.
• To record and print batch manufacturing barcode stickers for each product as part of traceability record keeping.
• To keep and record finished product display samples according to their respective batch manufacturing records.
• To monitor, record, and report any rejected materials or returned defective products.
