Overview
The Account Executive provides day-to-day support / services to assigned clients. The incumbent is responsible for delivering quality materials on time and on budget. The Account Executive supports and collaborates with team members on tactical and strategic aspects of the account. Responsibilities
Accountability for the day-to-day execution of assigned tasks. Act as a liaison between all departments, vendors and the client to ensure timely completion of projects / campaigns. Attend and facilitate (as appropriate) all status meetings, client meetings and client calls. Participate in planning and execution of operational / tactical aspects of campaigns. Monitor client and agency budgets, including oversight of campaign costs. Provide timely and consistent communication to clients, vendors and internal team on project status. When establishing and executing advertising strategy, provide assistance and present ideas. Assist in preparing ad briefs through client accordance and data analysis. Assist with various data research and analysis for establishing alternatives of brand / marketing communication strategy, market trends and competitor analysis. Maintain meticulous attention to detail on reports, visuals and assigned tasks. Share internal / external information, insights, knowledge, etc. Follow work processes and organizational operation policies. Fulfill any other reasonable duties, functions or responsibilities assigned from time to time. Have a thorough understanding of agency functions. Qualifications
Fresh graduate or minimum 1 year experience in advertising, marketing or related industry. Positive, can-do attitude across tasks big and small. Strong communication skills. Self-starter with inquisitive demeanor. Excellent organizational, time and self-management skills. Detail oriented with excellent coordination and follow-through skills. Strong sense of initiative, a team player and ability to work under pressure. Ability to multitask across projects and prioritize tasks across multiple projects. Meeting preparedness and ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. Eager to learn and take on new responsibilities; looks for opportunities to support team and business wherever possible. Proactively seeks out solutions to problems, and knows when to ask for help / guidance. Additional Information
