This role focuses on executing performance-driven digital marketing campaigns and developing effective customer loyalty programs to enhance customer retention and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel performance marketing campaigns (paid search, social media, email, display, and SEM for e-commerce) to drive measurable business growth.
- Manage project scope and timelines, mitigating risks and resolving issues to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Use data-driven analysis to prioritize high-ROI campaigns and allocate budget effectively.
- Leverage digital analytics and loyalty program insights to deliver targeted recommendations that improve acquisition, conversion, and retention metrics.
- Track and optimize key performance indicators (CPC, CTR, ROAS, conversion rate, loyalty engagement rate) with a focus on SEM for e-commerce, ensuring campaigns exceed set benchmarks.
Data Analysis
Analyze campaign performance metrics (ROI, CTR, CPC, conversion rates) to identify opportunities for improvement and inform strategic decisions.Loyalty Program Development
Manage customer loyalty programs to increase repeat purchases and enhance customer engagement.Reporting
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing campaigns and loyalty initiatives, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.Collaboration
Work closely with creative teams to produce compelling ad copy and visuals.Collaborate with other departments to align loyalty strategies with overall business goals.Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Minimum of 2+ years of experience in performance marketing and / or customer loyalty programs, preferably in a digital agency environment.Strong passion for sports and a good understanding of sports-related products.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.Familiarity with CRM software and order processing systems.Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.Job Type : Full-time
