Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage strong relationships with solar installers and channel partners across Australia.
- Promote and sell the company’s solar product portfolio – inverters, batteries, and solar accessories.
- Identify new business opportunities and support partners in achieving sales growth targets.
- Provide product training, demonstrations, and ongoing technical support to partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, and technical) to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in solar sales, renewable energy distribution, or a related B2B environment.Proven track record in managing installer or channel relationships.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Good understanding of solar products, inverter technologies, or electrical systems is preferred.Motivated self‑starter with a passion for sustainability and clean energy innovation.ASW Offers
