Key Responsibilities :
- Source and procure construction materials, equipment, and services for projects.
- Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and secure competitive pricing.
- Prepare purchase orders, maintain procurement records, and track deliveries.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and finance teams to meet project timelines and budgets.
- Monitor supplier performance, resolve procurement-related issues, and ensure quality standards.
- Stay updated on market trends, material availability, and cost fluctuations.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, safety regulations, and contractual obligations.
Qualifications & Requirements :
Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.Proven experience in construction procurement or supply chain management.Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.Proficient in procurement software, MS Office, and basic contract management.Knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and industry standards.Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.Job Type : Full-time
