Overview
Role : Sales Director in Malaysia to drive Darwinbox’s growth by selling the industry-leading HR cloud offering to mid-market enterprises. The role entails supporting the SVP of APJ Expansion to grow market share and hunt new logos from the outset, starting as an individual contributor.
What You Can Expect
- Assist the SVP of APJ Expansion in developing and implementing industry-specific sales plans and strategies to target mid-market clients
- Actively prospect and generate a viable pipeline of opportunities through multiple channels
- Position Darwinbox effectively to win with clients seeking best-in-class HR technology
- Build strong relationships with clients to propagate Darwinbox success to other prospects
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in the HR technology landscape to generate meaningful conversations and sales opportunities
- Act as a leader at industry events and conferences by networking and evangelising the Darwinbox value proposition
Who Should Apply?
Speaks English and Local Language10+ years experience in Sales, preferably SaaSExperience in direct selling and managing sales on partner ecosystemsWillingness to travel and adapt to flexible work timingsExcellent negotiation, communication, time management and organizational skillsIndustry agnostic; preference for cloud technology / IT-ITeS experience; enterprise sales is a plusProven ability to understand client pain points and propose solutionsProven ability to communicate with C-level executives and business leadersTrack record of delivering results with minimal supervision; experience building a vertical / new business is a plusSeniority level
