Responsibilities

Manage and oversee flight reservations, ticketing, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations.

Handle complex itineraries, fare construction, and reissues with precision.

Work extensively with Amadeus, Sabre, and Travelport GDS for ticket issuance.

Utilize NDC platforms for bookings and ticketing.

Ensure compliance with airline fare rules, IATA regulations, and company policies.

Provide guidance and training to junior staff, ensuring high operational standards.

Deliver excellent customer service, resolving ticketing and reservation issues promptly.

Requirements

Minimum 4–5 years of experience in airline reservation & ticketing

Strong hands-on knowledge of Amadeus, Sabre, and Travelport GDS

Familiarity with NDC platforms is a must

In-depth understanding of fare rules, exchanges, and refunds

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
