The Role

As part of GoGet’s Support Team, you’ll be on the frontlines of ensuring our community — both GoGetters and Posters — have a smooth and positive experience on our platform. You’ll respond to inquiries, solve problems, and make sure every user feels heard and supported.

As a Community Support Associate, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that our users have a seamless and positive experience with GoGet. You will manage and resolve a wide range of user inquiries across multiple communication channels, including but not limited to :
