Penerangan pekerjaanQualified personnel with 5+ years of post-qualification experience in financial accounting and reporting Strong technical skills in financial statement preparation, budgeting, and variance analysis Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure Proficient in the use of financial reporting software and the Microsoft Office suite Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate financial information for non-finance stakeholders Experience in the cement or manufacturing industry would be an advantage
What you'll be doing
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- Oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, payments, and collections
- Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses
- Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and controls
- Support the Finance Manager in the preparation of regulatory reporting and tax filings
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decision-making
- Mentor and develop more junior members of the finance team
