Penerangan pekerjaanConduct Inbound Planning Perform overdue GR checking Carry out SOA checking for FedEx, DHL & Schenker Analyze freight costs and trends Submit duties for KE - FedEx & DHL Coordinate with LE - FedEx, DHL, Schenker, Insurance & SDS Submit Duty-Free Drawback documentation Complete AEO submissions (P1 - P6) Check Import Declarations Update NERP Rate Table Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field 2+ years of experience in logistics / supply chain operations Knowledge of import / export procedures, freight handling, and customs documentation Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
RESPONSIBILITIES : Daily Operations :
Process DHL Duty submissions
- Monitor inbound KPI and shipment status
- Handle Export Declarations (CIPL)
Manage Inbound Notices
Weekly & Bi-Weekly Tasks :
Monitor carton box usage
Handle weekly inbound claims
Monthly Tasks :
Coordinate Direct Shipments
Manage tradeshift activities
Quarterly Tasks :
Conduct reviews on GIT (Goods In Transit) and GRN (Goods Receipt Note)
Ad-Hoc Responsibilities :
Manage Inbound Claims as per event occurrence
