Shipping Documentation Assistant

Penerangan pekerjaanPrepare and execute Bills of Lading (BL), ensuring accuracy and compliance with shipping regulations. Maintain detailed records of all shipping documents and transactions in the system. Respond to customer, shipper, and overseas agent inquiries regarding shipment status via email. Address and resolve documentation-related issues promptly to ensure smooth shipment processing. Provide backup support for team members on leave or medical leave. Perform any other duties assigned by the management to support operational needs. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 1-2 years of experience in shipping documentation or freight forwarding is preferred but not mandatory. Immediate availability is advantageous.

What You Will Be Doing
Operational Coordination
- Ensure accurate and timely billing in accordance with quotations provided.
- Coordinate with shippers, carriers, and overseas counterparts on Bills of Lading (BL), Debit Notes (DN), and Invoices (INV).
- Provide final BL and export permits to shippers, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Manage pre-alerts and shipping documentation, ensuring all paperwork is properly prepared and submitted.
