About the role
As an Operation Assistant at YU SENG HOUSEWARES SDN BHD', you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth and efficient running of the company's daily operations. This full-time position is based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, and offers the opportunity to contribute to the success of a leading company in the housewares industry.
What you'll be doing
- Assist in daily operations including inventory management, stock arrangement, and order processing.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Prepare and update reports, documents, and filing related to operations.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation, and record keeping.
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining proper stock levels.
- Support the operations team in resolving any issues related to orders, delivery, or customer requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in daily tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
What we're looking for
Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent qualification.1–2 years of working experience in operations, administration, or related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Good communication and organizational skills.Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Willing to learn and adapt to a fast-paced working environment.Benefits
